Dear readers,
In this issue, we take a look at Computer Technology and its Effects on Society. This theme is so large (and so important) that it would be impossible to examine it thoroughly in just one issue. That is why I created a new department called "Déjà Vu".  Déjà Vu will be a column for articles dealing with themes from past issues.

Next month, October, will be our first anniversary! Accompanying the special occasion will be a special issue dedicated to Creative Writing. If you are in a festive mood and have some writing you would like to share, please send it to us! Look on page 3 for more details.
